R.I.P. DADT

The sound you hear
is the arc of the moral universe
bending a little more toward justice:
DADT is officially history!

  1. I am thinking today of my uncle, who early on knew he was gay. He served as a translator on Gen. Eisenhower's staff during WW2. Despite that, the Allies won. He was discharged honorably as a major. I think he is smiling today.

  2. We got it right yesterday. It appears that today we will/have killed Troy Davis today. And the much less attractive Brewer. Deeply flawed is our "justice" system.
