Today is a day off -- which I'm celebrating by watching daytime TV and doing laundry. (See also: The Scary Lesbian Lifestyle)Just FYI, today is ALSO International Women's Day ... and what a great day to be celebrating the first-ever Best Director Oscar to Kathryn Bigelow for "The Hurt Locker."
There's a great overview of last night's Academy Awards in today's L.A. Times ... (for the record, written by All Saints Church parishioner John Horn -- Go, John!) ... and if you want to go vote on the top ten dresses on the red carpet you can on CNN.com.
And now back to my irregularly scheduled Monday off.
