Confirmation Day 2010 at All Saints Church
Just a few snapshots from a truly glorious Confirmation Day @ All Saints in Pasadena!
This the very first time I have ever seen blue vestments on a bishop for confirmation. But if one stops and thinks, it IS appropriate. Why? Blue is the traditional color for Our Lady - how fitting for a the first female bishop - a reminder that The Feminine is needed and wanted as a vital part of the Church Catholic.
SOME COMMENTS ABOUT COMMENTS: •Feel free to disagree, but if you disagree, give a reason. • Please stay with the thread -- the place to post long articles on other topics is your own blog. • Challenging ideas will get a conversation going; attacking individuals will get a comment deleted.•
FINALLY: If you comment, your words are yours to do with as you please, but I reserve the right to cite them in other contexts.
