If you sell someone a gun knowing they're planning to use it in the commission of a crime, you might be considered an accessory. However baking a cake is even more remote since the cake isn't typically part of the wedding ceremony itself. It's part of the reception after the ceremony, so it doesn't have any theological or political significance. It's just cake.
