Dear Rev. Russell:

I am glad to hear that your son is for now out of harm's way.
My prayer is that he return home safe and sound soon and that the rest of those serving in the theater follow so. Again, as in the past, please thank him for his service from one who served in Vietnam.

A sinner saved by God's grace.

Praise the Lord for His protection of Jamie! I know Jamie's momma's heart is glad.

May the Lord bring a lasting peace to that troubled land.

Rev. Susan-
I wanted to add my thanksgiving for the safe return of your son. Regardless of differences here, I am grateful for your willingness to sacrifice your own wishes and desires as a mother to allow your son be the kind of man our country needs. Thank you, Jamie, for standing at the frontlines to insure our safety hear at home. And thank you to all the family members who make that sacrifice daily, and to all the men and women who stand guard. Well done, good and faithful servants.

Blessings-
Laura

Thank you Lord for keeping Jamie safe and bringing him home to his loved ones. Bless his family and embrace them as they share in the joy of his homecoming.

Rev Russell we are on the opposite sides of the spectrum when it comes to Theology. But we share a universal trait. Love for our children. I can only imagine the great relief and joy you are feeling right now. No matter who we are to others we are first and foremost mom. God bless you for rearing such a fine young man. Now go spoil your soldier.
