Sister Joan Chittister famously said, "We are each called to go through life reclaiming the planet an inch at a time until the Garden of Eden grows green again." Reflecting on that journey -- a blog at a time -- is the focus of this site.
Strange to read this having just returned from our Winter Magic festival here in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney, Australia. Happy Solstice anyway, whichever one applies.

Living nine degrees north of the equator, the Solstice (nor Equinox) simply doesn't hold the importance for me that it once had.
Happy Solstice to you folks in the Northern Hemisphere!
Actually it is the day of opposite solstices in the two Hemispheres.
Happy Summer Solstice to those living north of the equator and a Happy Winter Solstice to those living south of the equator.
