Monday Morning

Starting out with some cyber-sunshine for a Monday morning since we're socked in here with a thick "marine layer" (AKA "June-Gloom-in-May") and I'm looking for some rays of sunshine where I can get them. Here are a few:
.
Katharine Jefferts Schori's Op-Ed in yesterday's San Francisco Chronicle ... Brava!
.
Steven Charleston's reflections "Lessons from Jerry" over at Episcopal Cafe
.
Rosie O'Donnell's moving pictorial tribute "i-love-r-troops" (with music by Patty Griffin)
.
And -- last but not least -- photos from yesterday's Pride Parade in Long Beach CA where the Good News of God in Christ Jesus AND the Episcopal Church was on parade down Ocean Boulevard.

There ... I feel sunshinier already! Have a great week!

Thanks for this! It gave me a thrill to see Malcolm Boyd's pic. Long may he wave -- and you, too.
